I once have done one Pike for a shadow guard in the German Garrison! Look at the pictures. It´s all done of aluminum. Not for sale, only for inspiration!

My latest project was again a Shadow Guard Lightsaber which I´ve done for a member of the German Garrison. The parts are all done by handdrawing. The material is aluminum.
The GG bro wants to fit the blade and some light inside. Looking forward to see the end result^^

looks great. What is the inner diameter? I'm wondering how practical a blade and electronics are.

The outer diameter are 25 mm/ 0.98 inches and the inside diamter are 23mm/ 0.91 inches!
The electronic parts are not my business, so I can´t make a statemant for that.
I guess "naphaniel" has shown a WIP for the electronic parts around the board...the end result you can see here:Image

I worked on a new Saber Light Saber Pike. I attached more details. As my sister Marion TR-90050 decided to do a Shadow Guard, well her Pike is almost ready.
Next step will be that Sascha assamble some lightning inside and we attache a Saber blade. After that I give the Pike to a varnisher for the right colour....I keep the WIP actuall as good as I can.
